Fair trade
A Member of the Conscious Designers Collective
Our fairtrade cotton is certified by FLO (Fairtrade Labelling Organisations International) and the garments are made in a factory which adheres to strict fair trade working conditions.
Dyeing
Some garments get their colour from vegetable dyes such as pomegranate which cause minimum harm to the environment. Others are dyed using low impact dyes which use less water and chemicals than conventional dyes. They are heavy metal and AZO free so are less toxic and use biodegradable chemicals.
Zips and Buttons
We use coconut, recycled and tagua nut buttons.
Packaging
We always use recycled tissue paper in our packaging and recycled paper and card for our other bits and bobs. Your package will arrive in an Eco Poly Jacket Made from 100% biodegradable polythene which fully degrades much quicker than your normal plastic bag.
